Construction Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in civil/mechanical engineering or construction related field
- At least 5 years of experienced in Project Management experience gained from the Petroleum industry/Power Plants/Manufacturing Plant/Solar or Wind Farms
- Male not over 40 years old
- Construction and Project Management Experience
- Project management skills
- Able to give direction and delegate tasks
- Good writing and speaking skills
- Knowledgeable on construction methodologies, read blueprints and understand other technical aspects of construction.
- Willing to travel
Core Duties and Responsibilites:
- Prepare and negotiate cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables
- Select appropriate construction methods and strategies
- Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to workers and other professionals
- Report on work progress to clients and budget matters to internal clients
- Collaborate with engineers, and other construction and building specialists
- Instruct and supervise construction personnel and activities onsite
- Respond to work delays and other problems and emergencies
- Select, hire, and instruct laborers and subcontractors
- Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations
Site Engineer
Position has responsibility for coordination of all technical activities on assigned projects. Plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates assigned engineering work; monitors work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices, and Eichleay standards; ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and all other project participants.
Qualifications:
- Should have a bachelor’s degree preferably Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering
- Male or Female between 22-35 years old
- With at least five (2) years Project Management experience gained from the Petroleum industry/Power Plants/Manufacturing Plant/Solar or Wind Farms
- Highly proficient in Computer Applications
- Can work with less Supervision
- Knows how to Communicate and knows how to write Reports
- With Good Moral, Ethical and Professional Standing
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
Quantity Estimator
Reviews proposal specifications, drawings, attends pre-bid meetings etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate. Provides complete conceptual (or bidwork) and final estimating input on complex projects. Provides technical support to personnel preparing discipline estimates for assigned bids. Insures all working documents and data are maintained to bask-up estimate figures. Tracks awarded contracts as required (estimating/pricing extra work items, change orders, credit, procuring materials, etc.). Supervises and coordinates estimate support staff on larger projects. Assists with organizing, coordinating, and training of estimating personnel. Advises Chief Estimator or Department Manager as to cost and schedule fluctuations, improved material, or other factors affecting construction. Explores Value Engineering for all applicable projects or situations. Reviews market labour and equipment rates and advises accordingly. Completes post-bid analyses on jobs bid, but not received. Tracks bidding success and percentages, and analyses fiscal period bid performance.
Qualifications:
- Male/Female, at least 21 years old
- Graduate of Mechanical/Civil Engineering, preferably with license
- Minimum of 2 years work-related experience in sanitary, drainage, piping systems, residential & commercial buildings, and surveying works
- Must have working knowledge in AutoCAD
- Must have supervisory experience
CAD Operator
A CAD operator’s main job duty is creating drawings and specifications based on equations, calculations and written instructions provided by designers and engineers. She uses manual drafting skills to draw plans that cannot be computer-generated. The job entails fine-tuning and revising plans to meet manufacturing and architectural requirements.
Qualifications:
- Male/Female, at least 21-30 years old
- Preferably architecture graduate with at least 2 years relevant experience as CAD Operator
- Knowledgeable in Autocad 2D & 3D, sketch up/ rendering and Photoshop
- Can work with minimal supervision
